Founder & CEO
Busra Hasturk
Busra founded Besharat after years on the developer side of Dubai property, where she worked with several of the city's leading developers and took their projects to buyers at roadshows around the world. She has sold homes to clients from many countries, and she leads every engagement personally, from the first conversation to the keys.
Co-Founder
Reza Kakoee
Reza comes from technology and invests internationally in his own right. He brings an investor's eye to every opportunity Besharat puts forward, and the systems that keep a cross-border engagement orderly.

Besharat began on the developer side of Dubai property, selling the city’s new homes to buyers from around the world. The same clients kept asking the same next questions: how do I get residency, how do I bring my family, how do I keep what I earn here. Answering them properly became the business.
Today we do three things, and we do them together: property in Dubai and key global markets, residency and citizenship, and the structuring that lets a family’s investments live across borders, tax-free where the law allows. One team, one point of contact, from the first conversation to the keys.
