How we handle your details.

This website is run by Besharat, a real estate and global mobility advisory based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. When we say “we” in this policy, we mean Besharat.

The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the enquiry form: your name, a phone or WhatsApp number, an email address if you give one, what you are interested in, your message, and the property you were looking at if you came from a property page.

There are no accounts, no logins and no newsletter sign-up.

To reply to your enquiry and to follow up on it. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Your enquiry is delivered to us by email through a transactional email provider, and the site is hosted by a web hosting provider. Both process the information only to deliver the service to us, and neither uses it for anything else.

If your enquiry leads to an engagement, we may share what is needed with the lawyers, banks, developers or authorities involved, and we will tell you who they are first.

This site does not use cookies to track you, which is why you have not been asked to accept any.

We may use a privacy-preserving analytics service that counts page views by country and device type in aggregate. It sets no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

The map on the contact page is provided by OpenStreetMap. Loading it sends your browser’s request to their servers in the usual way.

For as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any engagement that follows, and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to keep records.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the enquiry form or the contact details on this site and we will deal with it personally.

If this policy changes, the new version will be published here with a new date.
